Pavilion Case Study: Business Conference in Bakersfield

Pavilion Event Services (PES) was contacted to design, engineer and manufacture a one of a kind, 320’ wide by 400’ long by 95’ high custom structure enclosing a whopping 128,000 sq. ft. that would comfortably accommodate over 15,000 people for the annual 2 day Bakersfield Business Conference.

This unique venue hosted keynote speakers from politics, sports and entertainment which included British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Tiger Woods, President Bill Clinton and hockey legend Wayne Gretzky. After an extensive search Pavilion Event Services was awarded the contract due to the large clearspan width required, quick delivery, turnkey installation and overall quality required to host such a high profile event.

PES turnkey services also provided the flooring, carpeting and air conditioning systems that would allow us to turn a football field into an event center in only 3 weeks.
