A turn-key installation is the complete delivery, installation and removal of a fully functional Pavilion or other temporary structure. Typically, turn-key installations include HVAC, lighting, and, in some instances, electrical and flooring.

We carry 500,000+ sq. ft. of temporary exhibition structures ("Pavilions") in stock, as well as a wide variety of ancillary equipment. Our structures can be delivered anywhere in the world and can be shipped via truck, sea or air. With installation times as quick as 25,000 sq. ft. per day, we can cover most anything in a matter of days.

The AH Series of structures deliver a durable, safe, and economical solution for meeting temporary or semi-permanent shelter needs where speed of installation is essential. Constructed from anodized aluminum beams, the shelter integrates easily with a high-quality, PVC-coated polyester membrane roof.
Conceived for use in the European tent rental industry, the AH series can be erected quickly (at speeds of up to 10,000 sq. ft. per day with a five-man crew) and are available in multi-story structures complete with staircases and railings. Side walls can be constructed of fabric, glass or hard PVC panels, and the structures are available with a number of accessories, including marquee roofs, bell-ends, glass windows, and double doors.

In 1994, Pavilion Event Services was selected as the prime contractor for the construction of the athletes' village and several venue sites.
In 1993, a young Pavilion Event Services was selected as the exclusive FIFA contractor to construct over 300,000 sq. ft. of media and hospitality facilities. Unique to this project, it was located at nine sites with simultaneous construction schedules.
When additional facilities are required for these massive media events, Pavilion Event Services has been called on by both parties.
